Alphana is committed to being a company that values employees and provides them with a common motivation through their work. To this end, we support the efforts of employees to act independently to achieve growth.
- Training for New Employees
In addition to basic training provided as members of society, such as external relations and etiquette, new recruits learn fundamental knowledge about Alphana Technology. Subsequently, they receive training and actual hands-on experience in product manufacture. - Training by Hierarchy
After entering the Company, new employees are given follow-up training (2–3 days), training specific to their new appointments, and various other types of training related to management, business skills, and mindset improvement. - Training by Job Function
The Company provides in a timely manner various types of training aimed at strengthening the respective specialties of new employees, such as production, technological development, procurement, and sales. (Employees are taught to be “best of the best,” with universally recognized skills.) - Self-Development System
The Company provides self-development backup with an emphasis on employee autonomy. This includes assistance in obtaining TOEIC English-language certification, access to various correspondence courses, and provision of business-related literature. - Other
Each year, the Company welcomes 4–5 trainees from its manufacturing subsidiary in Thailand, who receive Japanese language and technical training. The current cohort is the 10th group of Thai trainees welcomed by the Company.
